Two new seaplane flying DVDs are now available through SPA Founder David Quam |

April 5, 2007 - Two new DVD’s on seaplane flying are now available through SPA Founder David Quam. The original FAA 1980's training film, “Flying Floats” was transferred to tape by him in 1980 and the tape has now been found.
The video has been transformed into the digital media and on to DVD. Running time is about 25 min... The video history of the “Greenville Intl. Seaplane Fly-In” (The years from the 80’s to the 90’s) is also available on DVD. This a re-mastered video of a tape made twenty years ago with added footage of the DC-3 and very rare seaplane flying during the fly-by’s. The running time is about 50 min. A donation of $10 is requested for each DVD to cover the cost of material and shipping. If you buy one of the DVD’s, you can make extra copies off these DVD’s for your flying friends.
