Harbour Air Limited is the leading all-seaplane airline in the world, founded in 1981 by three forward-looking pilots who saw an opportunity on Canada's Pacific Coast to create an airline to service the British Columbia forest industry. The partners purchased two floatplanes and set up shop in an old floating office on the waterfront of Vancouver Harbour.
